Last updated: 13/01/26
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Bees website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Bees and is provided to you free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Any updates will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register or place an order with Bees, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You confirm that all information you provide to us, whether during registration or at any other time, is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Bees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information by updating your account on the Site or by contacting us at info@shopbees.com.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party. Prohibited behaviour includes (but is not limited to):
-
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
-
Introducing malicious software or code
-
Using the Site for fraudulent or harmful purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Bees reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by a pricing, typographical, or system error, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies to record session information, analyse Site usage, and retain user preferences. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies; however, this may limit the functionality of certain areas of the Site.
7. Free Gifts and Promotions

Return postage costs for the original item and the gift are the customer’s responsibility. All returned items must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition, and in accordance with the Bees Returns Policy. Damaged items will not be eligible for refund.
8. Images, Product Representation, and AI-Generated Content
Some images displayed on the Site may include AI-generated, digitally created, or enhanced models and are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, actual product size, scale, fit, texture, and colour may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.
AI-generated or illustrative images do not constitute a guarantee of appearance, fit, or suitability, and such variations do not constitute a defect.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Bees has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
While reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, all content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including reliance on any information contained within it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
12. Force Majeure
Bees shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, supplier failures, strikes, postal disruptions, or technical outages.

14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by Bees to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
