Exchanges & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ShopBees.com. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
General Terms
- Non-returnable items: Sale or markdown items, as well as earrings, bindis, nose and hair ornaments, and accessories, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Cooling-Off Period: For online purchases, you may return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are not used or altered.
- This policy excludes in-store or WhatsApp purchases.
Return Process
- Notify Us: Contact us at 020 8470 0600 to notify us of your return and obtain a pre-authorised returns reference number. This number must be included with the returned product.
- Return Receipt: Please return the original sales receipt or a copy of it to ensure proper tracking of your return.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in saleable condition, with no scratches, marks, or signs of wear. The original packaging and security/barcode tags must be intact and attached securely. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the items. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Track 48 with insurance to cover the value of the goods. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, and no refunds will be given for goods that arrive damaged or unsellable.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Products made to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless we made an error. If adjustments, remakes, or resizing are necessary, additional charges will apply at our discretion.
Gift Returns
Gifts can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value, but are non-refundable. A gift receipt is required for exchanges, and the tags/security
tags must remain intact.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10-30 days of receiving the returned items.
- Return Shipping Costs: Shipping and insurance costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including the return of gift items.
- Customised/ Altered Products: Products that have been customised, resized, or altered cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Important Notes
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
- Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for any returns.
