We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them depending on the class of postage selected. All Express Delivery orders are processed by 2pm and despatched for next working day delivery.
Yes, once your order has been despatched, you'll be notified by email the tracking number and link. Use the link in your email to track your purchase. All our parcels are sent using Track and Sign services from various carriers.

If you have already received your despatch notification email, then unfortunately, no further amendments can be made.
Yes, we ship to selected European countries, USA, Canada and Australia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Delivery times can vary so read our Shipping Policy for accurate timeframes before ordering.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Within the UK we prefer Royal Mail Tracked and Signed / Special Delivery services. Internationally we prefer UPS or FedEx. Customs charges may apply.
All Express Delivery orders received Monday to Thursday, by 2pm, will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. All orders received on Friday by 2pm will be delivered by Monday the following week.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please note, we allow items (purchased online) to be returned for a refund / exchange up to 7 days after receiving them.
Pierced items of jewellery including earrings and nose ornaments cannot be returned for a refund.
